Phase 1: Foundation and Core Infrastructure (Months 1-3)

  1. Blockchain Network Setup

    • Select and configure a blockchain platform (e.g., Ethereum, Base) with scalability, cost efficiency, and compatibility with DID (Decentralized Identifier) standards.
    • Develop a decentralized data storage solution for secure pet records management, focusing on security and ease of access.

  2. DID & NFT Framework for Pet Identification

    • Implement DID to assign unique, verifiable digital identities for each pet.
    • Establish a framework for NFTs, serving as tamper-proof digital proof of ownership, and implement smart contracts to verify ownership transfers securely.

  3. Data Privacy & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) for handling pet and owner information.
    • Develop secure access controls allowing only verified owners and professionals to access and update sensitive data.

  4. Token and Reward System

    • Introduce a token-based reward system to incentivize user engagement, such as rewards for timely appointment scheduling and vaccination updates.
    • Offer tokens that can be redeemed for discounts on marketplace products and services.

  5. AI Chat
